FormLabs Form 4 Resin Printer is used to make mold prototype as well as final production molds.
Resins of choice are:
Gray Resin V4 for prototypes (Buy Grey Resin | Formlabs)
Ridgid 10K for production molds (Rigid 10K Resin | Formlabs)
Bambu Labs X1 Carbon is used for all other smaller jobs
Filament of choice is Bambu Labs PETG Green

Fiberglast
I have used Fiberglast products for 10 years and they provide amazing customer service and products.
Carbon Fiber 3K Twill 2×2 (weight)
System 4500 Infusion Epoxy combined with the 70min Cure hardener.
I find that the working time of this combination will well beyond 70mins and that gives a lot of flexibility with mold processing / where the epoxy can spend time in the vacuum chamber to remove bubbles (multiple cycles) as well as removing air from the carbon two/twill mold layup.
